Membership fee for 2012-2013 is $7 per person. Credit card payment is accepted through PayPal. (A transaction fee of $0.30 and 2.2% of the total will be charged by PayPal.) Please start with completing the Glenoaks PTA Membership Card Delivery Information Form. It will take you to our online store where you can register and pay for your membership. Your PTA membership card and a discount coupon for Legoland will be delivered to your student in his/her classroom.
If you need to pay with cash or a check, please fill out the PTA envelope available at our school and submit your payment to school.
